The house, which we have furnished better than a normal rental house because we love it, is located in Woodridge Estate in Clermont, giving you terrific access to the magical theme parks of Florida, America's most popular tourist destination. We hope you have as much fun in this holiday home in Clermont as we do. We offer FREE within USA phone calls. The villa has wireless broadband for your laptop and High Definition Television.

Our main living area opens out to the pool and behind that is a kids play area and our own orange tree! There is a separate dining area.

The master bedroom has a huge bed, TV, en suite bathroom and a walk in closet. The two other bedrooms have twin beds (that can be pushed together) and a bathroom between them.

The kitchen is fully equipped including electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, a giant fridge/freezer and a breakfast bar. There is a large washing machine and spin dryer in the garage.

We provide towels, ironing facilities and 2 hairdryers.

Our local management agent is on hand to answer any queries and to make sure everything is working properly. They also offer cheap tickets to the major attractions.

The holiday villa is in Woodridge Estate, a quiet neighbourhood of similar homes which are used as private residences and holiday accomodation in Clermont. Loads of family friendly restaurants around including a nice one in walking distance. There is a nearby Pizza delivery store and a Dry Cleaners. Half a mile away is a giant Wal-Mart that sells everything at incredibly low prices.
